About Us

Dadasaheb Patil College of Agriculture is started in 2002. The campus is located alongside Nagpur- Mumbai highway at Dahegaon on a vast piece of land measuring 105 acres with scenic natural setting having calm, quiet and the wonderful atmosphere conducive for stay and learning. We offer a stimulating and unique learning environment to study, that develops and encourages our students to achieve their future dreams. Our former students have gone on to perform at the highest levels in a broad range of careers. All the departments of this college are well developed and equipped as per MCAER &VNMKV norms for the education of students. The college is having a model farm for growing all sort of Agronomical, Horticultural, Vegetables Crops. Good dairy, Sericulture, Mushroom Production, Poultry are our strength. Besides this, college has aimed for “come to learn &go to serve”, that’s why we establish competitive forum at this college. Placement cell is also working for job placement. This resulted in a good performance for higher education admission, appointments in government, semi-government departments and private sectors.
